Cancellation Policy
Please Note:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or missed without prior notice, will be considered completed and are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and services—including personalized and custom-made resources—all sales are final.
Refunds are available only if a product arrives damaged or does not match its description.
