1. Purpose and Mission

Srčna soba PSIHA Association exists to provide a safe and supportive space for psychological education, personal growth, and human potential development.

Our mission is to promote mental well-being, support individuals facing life's challenges, and encourage authenticity, empathy, and meaningful human connection.

2. Safety and Confidentiality

Trust is the foundation of everything we do at Srčna soba PSIHA Association.

Everything shared within the Association—whether during in-person meetings, online sessions, or written communication—remains confidential.

Members, volunteers, and collaborators agree to:

• Respect the privacy of all participants.

• Never share personal stories, recordings, photographs, or personal information without explicit permission.

• Treat everyone with respect, compassion, and discretion at all times.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in a formal warning or termination of membership.

3. Respectful and Ethical Communication

Srčna soba PSIHA Association is a community built on compassion, honesty, and mutual respect.

Members are expected to:

• Communicate respectfully and refrain from offensive, manipulative, or discriminatory language.

• Respect different opinions, life experiences, backgrounds, and identities.

• Avoid giving unsolicited advice or attempting to diagnose other members.

All conversations within the Association are voluntary and guided by empathy rather than judgment.

4. Protection of Personal Data

Srčna soba PSIHA Association processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal information is collected solely for membership administration, communication, and the delivery of Association programs.

We are committed to:

• Never sharing personal information with third parties without written consent.

• Storing personal data securely and limiting access to authorized personnel only.

• Respecting every member's right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data at any time.

5. Membership

Anyone may become a member of the Association if they:

• Are at least 18 years of age.

• Accept the Association's mission and these Rules and Regulations.

• Have read and accepted the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Legal Notice.

• Complete the membership application and pay the applicable membership fee.

Membership is entirely voluntary.

Any member may resign from the Association at any time by submitting a written notice.

6. Ethical Use of Programs and Materials

All materials created by Srčna soba PSIHA Association, including workshops, manuals, videos, conversations, and digital resources, are protected by copyright.

These materials are intended solely for personal development and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial, therapeutic, or professional counseling purposes without prior written permission from the Association.

By participating, every member acknowledges that:

• The Association's programs do not replace psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

• Each participant remains responsible for their own decisions and well-being.

• Individuals experiencing serious psychological distress should seek appropriate professional support from qualified healthcare providers, therapists, physicians, or crisis services.

7. Rights and Responsibilities of Members

Members have the right to:

• Participate in the Association's programs, educational activities, and events.

• Submit ideas and suggestions for improving the Association.

• Be part of a safe, respectful, and inclusive community.

Members agree to:

• Respect the core values and principles of the Association.

• Protect the reputation and integrity of Srčna soba PSIHA Association.

• Contribute positively to the community and support a respectful environment.

8. Violations and Disciplinary Procedure

If a member violates these Rules and Regulations or acts contrary to the values of the Association, they will normally receive a written warning.

Repeated violations or serious breaches involving confidentiality, respect, or the safety of others may result in termination of membership by decision of the Association's Executive Board.

9. Final Provisions

These Rules and Regulations become effective upon approval by the General Assembly of Srčna soba PSIHA Association and apply to all members, volunteers, and collaborators.

Any amendments or revisions may be adopted by a majority vote of the Association's members.
