Rules and Regulations of Srčna soba PSIHA Association
1. Purpose and Mission
Srčna soba PSIHA Association exists to provide a safe and supportive space for psychological education, personal growth, and human potential development.
Our mission is to promote mental well-being, support individuals facing life's challenges, and encourage authenticity, empathy, and meaningful human connection.
2. Safety and Confidentiality
Trust is the foundation of everything we do at Srčna soba PSIHA Association.
Everything shared within the Association—whether during in-person meetings, online sessions, or written communication—remains confidential.
Members, volunteers, and collaborators agree to:

5. Membership

By participating, every member acknowledges that:

7. Rights and Responsibilities of Members
Members have the right to:

Members agree to:

8. Violations and Disciplinary Procedure
If a member violates these Rules and Regulations or acts contrary to the values of the Association, they will normally receive a written warning.
Repeated violations or serious breaches involving confidentiality, respect, or the safety of others may result in termination of membership by decision of the Association's Executive Board.
9. Final Provisions
These Rules and Regulations become effective upon approval by the General Assembly of Srčna soba PSIHA Association and apply to all members, volunteers, and collaborators.
Any amendments or revisions may be adopted by a majority vote of the Association's members.
